Do you offer local pick up?

Unfortunately local pick up is not available.  We try to get you the least expensive shipping option - that is why small orders within Canada are shipped by letter mail.  However we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail.  There is an option to upgrade to tracked mail.

What are your processing times?

Orders may take up to 3-5 business days to ship out.  I do my best to ship out your orders as soon as possible.

Where is my order (Canada)?

Due to Covid-19, shipping times may be delayed and unpredictable.  Letter mail can take up to 6 weeks with no tracking, please upgrade to tracked shipping if you want to get your order faster and want to know where your order is.  We appreciate your patience!

If you chose letter mail shipping, there is no tracking available.  Letter mail can take up to 2 weeks.

We ship out of Ontario.  If you are outside Ontario, tracking information does not update until the package arrives in the destination Province.  Tracked shipping takes 2-9 business days.

Shipping in Canada:

Shipping cost depends on what is ordered, you can see pricing when you checkout.  

Shipping in USA:

Orders are shipped tracked with USPS or UPS.  Shipping cost depends on what is ordered, you can see pricing when you checkout.

Shipping International:

Shipping overages will be refunded.

We insure all packages unless insurance is not available for your destination Country.  This is because insurance providers have assessed these countries as having a higher risk of loss or damage.  These include:

Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Cote d'ivoire (Ivory Coast), Croatia, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Liberia, Libya, Moldova, Montenegro, Myanmar (Burma), Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Republic of the Congo, Russia, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Togo, Yemen, Zimbabwe

Full tracking is included but some countries may only have partial tracking.

If there are any issues with your International order, I will email you.  Please ensure you have entered the correct email address for your order.

Shipping Policy:

The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered. We are not responsible if a package is sent out to a wrong address entered by the customer.  In the case of an undeliverable or returned package, return fees will apply.  These fees are what the courier charges us.

Letter mail in Canada is untracked and uninsured.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
