Where are you located?
We are located in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) in Ontario.
Do you offer local pick up?
Unfortunately local pick up is not available. We try to get you the least expensive shipping option - that is why small orders within Canada are shipped by letter mail. However we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. There is an option to upgrade to tracked mail.
Do you offer wholesale pricing/discounts?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer wholesale/discounted prices. We try to keep our prices competitive with other places in the States so we are working with less margins. Our yardage is 10% off our regular sheet pricing so you can get a bulk discount that way. Getting our products into Canada is more expensive and less convenient so we rarely offer sales at this time since it's difficult for us to get a large amount of inventory into Canada to begin with.
How thick is your felt?
Our felt is 1mm to 1.2mm thick. It is very soft, durable, and easy to work with. A good pair of fabric scissors is recommended to cut the felt.
Do you sell stiff felt?
No, our felt is not stiff.
What is the difference between wool blend and 100% wool felt?
Wool blend felt is a combination of wool and rayon while 100% wool felt is made entirely of pure wool. 100% wool is denser and softer with a more luxurious feel. Both are soft, strong, and resistant to pilling.
Can I cut felt using a Cricut Machine?
Yes! You can use the Cricut Maker to cut felt as is since it has a rotary blade. If you have the other Cricut machines, you will need to put a backing on the felt first. You can Google cutting felt with the specific Cricut machine that you have.
Can I embroider on the felt?
What are the care instructions for the felt?
Despite my best efforts, some sheets may have wrinkles. This does not happen very often but you can iron wool blend felt on medium to high heat with steam to get out any wrinkles.
Do you offer swatch cards?
We only offer swatch cards on our wool blend felt. There is currently a waiting list for the swatch cards. Please send me a message if you would like to be added to the list. Turnaround time is usually 1-2 weeks.
What are your order processing times?
Orders may take up to 5-6 business days to ship out. Rest assured we are working hard to get your orders out ASAP. Your patience is appreciated!
I paid for tracked shipping, where is my tracking number?
Sometimes your order will be marked as fulfilled but the tracking number will not show right away. Tracking numbers will usually be updated 1-2 days after your package is dropped off.
Why isn't the tracking information updating (Canada Tracked)?
We ship out of Ontario. If you are shipping out of Province, the Canada Post tracking does not update until it gets to its destination Province. Trust that your package is on route to your Province.
Where is the rest of my order (Canada Letter Mail untracked)?
If you chose letter mail shipping, your order may arrive in multiple envelopes. I will usually write 1 of 2, 2 of 2 etc on the address label.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are final sale once they are packed. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed yet. Please refer to our refund policy page.
